Welcome to Design Genius Academy
We are committed to providing an exceptional learning experience. To ensure smooth operations and high-quality training, all students are required to follow the policies outlined below.
- Registration Fee: INR 1,000/- valid for 7 days from payment. Complete three trial classes within this period or re-registration is required.
- Fee Payment: First installment due on the third class day. Students who fail to pay will not be assigned a batch.
- Course Duration: Complete the course within 365 days from the first installment. Extensions require prior approval via email.
- Re-Admission: Students who do not finish within the timeline must apply for re-admission.
- EMI & Penalty: Each EMI must be paid within 7 days of the due date. Late payments attract INR 100/- per day.
- Payment Extensions: Requests must be pre-approved by management via email.
- GST: All fees are exclusive of GST.
- Attendance: Minimum 75% attendance required.
- Leave Protocol: Obtain written approval from your trainer for unavoidable leave.
- Assignments: Submit assignments and projects on time; exceptions need trainer approval.
- Grading: Final grade considers performance, attendance, participation, resume, and portfolio quality.
